Music Events & Dance

Our Main Auditorium has accommodated many music events from stage productions to classical concerts. With its large stage, high specification sound system, projection facilities, stage lighting and sound absorption as well as its large audience capability, it is  truly a wonderful space for such events. We have accommodated the Dumfries Male Voice Choir, Stuart Townend, Solway Sinfonia, Ukulele Singalong, Edinburgh College Ensemble and Labour of Love Production (just to name a few!) Equally, the space is ideal for dance performances as the space is adaptable to be set up in various styles to suit the production needs. The Sports Hall is a large, multi-functional space with a sprung floor and very effective sound absorption panels. The hall can be used as a self-contained facility which include changing facilities with showers and lockers. We have a number of dance classes operating in this facility, including Line Dancing, Scottish Dancing and FitSteps.
